1. Private Enquiries & Valuation
In concordance with the esteemed customs of haute joaillerie houses, public prices are not displayed on our website. Valuations and acquisition options are provided personally upon inquiry, reflecting current market precious metal and diamond grading attributes.
2. Bespoke Commissioning Terms
Bespoke creations involve custom hand gouache sketches, stone sourcing, and 3D wax prototyping. Once a bespoke commission design and center diamond are officially approved by the client, production commences at our atelier.
3. Material Authenticity & Hallmarking
Every piece crafted by RJ Jewellers bears mandatory government hallmark stamps certifying gold or platinum purity (18K 750, 22K 916, or Pt 950). Center diamonds of qualifying weight are accompanied by independent laboratory grading reports.
4. Insured Delivery & Private Handover
All acquisitions dispatched beyond our boutique are transferred via armed, fully insured courier services with mandatory identity verification upon delivery.
